DARLING! COMPLETES THEATRICAL RELEASE IN SOUTH AFRICA
Darling! has successfully completed it’s nationwide theatrical release in South Africa through Nu Metro Cinemas, and will be available on DVD in South Africa in 2008.


NEW ZEALA ND WELCOMES DARLING!
Darling! will screen theatrically in New Zealand from September-November in the nation’s premiere international documentary festival DOCNZ, traveling throughout all major cities. NZ-born writer/director Julian Shaw will be in attendance when the film screens in Auckland at SKYCITY to introduce the film and participate in a post-screening Q&A. HIGHLY ANTICIPATED AFRICAN PREMIERE OF 'DARLING!' IN JULY
All eyes will be on 'Darling! The Pieter-Dirk Uys Story' when it premieres at the Encounters International Documentary Film Festival in Cape Town and Johannesburg in July 2007. Both the star of the film Pieter-Dirk Uys and the writer/director Julian Shaw will be in South Africa to introduce the film.

REVELATION INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL - JULY
Darling! The Pieter-Dirk Uys Story has been invited to the Revelation International Film Festival in Perth for it's Australian festival premiere, to be introduced by writer/director Julian Shaw. Current screening details are:

PREMIERE on Sunday July 15th, 9pm, Luna Cinema on Essex, Fremantle (with Australian short Prada Handbag).

Earlier in the day at 1.30PM Julian Shaw will attend a documentary discussion panel at the Western Australian Art Gallery Theatrette.
